Powder coating offers a highly durable, solvent free environmentally

friendly painting solution.

Our 147 metre Nordsen plant comes complete with 3 stage iron phosphate pre-treatment to ensure all components attain the correct preparation. The plant can accommodate jobs up to 4000mm long x 650mm width x 400mm deep.

Powder application can be achieved by a choice of two methods. For larger batches the use of a roll on - roll off fully automated booth can be utilised and for slightly smaller batches our spray to waste plant with fast change facility cuts lead times giving you the customer a prompt and reliable service.
 

We offer a wide variety of colours and also offer textured and gloss finishes and with our vast experience of high temperature masking we ensure our powder coating will give the perfect finish to every job.
