Inspection & Quality Control
 

We have a dedicated inspection and quality control room ensuring parts and components are made to exact dimensions and able to pass strict quality control

Using our QCT Quantum CMM machine, we are able to import drawings and measure parts in full 3D. The computer control allows us to determine the relationship between the actual part co-ordinates and the master drawing or 3D model. From this we then produce a detailed inspection report ready for product sign off.

The CMM also gives us the ability to reverse engineer many parts and products. If a part has no drawings, is broken or even partially missing we are still able to construct a very accurate 3d image. Then from that image we can create a full production drawing ready for direct manufacture.
